123 Pedi N Nails

My daughters recently had their nails done and chose bio gel, a strong yet flexible gel that protects natural nails. The quality was outstanding and the designs were absolutely amazing. Huge thanks to Amy and Teresa! I also had a pedicure as a Valentine's Day gift last week, excellent service and such a welcoming place.

What a great experience, it was my first time in Kitchener getting my nails done and I was very lucky to have Jason. He offered great service, eye to detail and a friendly voice. I had also been there for the salon's 5 year anniversary with Vietnamese food, coffee, and fresh peach juice served to guests.

Amazing experience every time, Jason is the only person I will go to! Incredible design work with reasonable pricing.

Mixed experience: Lily is amazing, but watch out for overcharging! Lily was absolutely wonderful, professional, thorough, and sweet. However, I was significantly overcharged at checkout compared to their listed prices. My bill should have been $140 based on the menu, but I was charged $200.

I've been a loyal customer since 2021 but will not be returning. I've never had a nail pop off from here, they use very strong glue, but that has its faults, especially when nails are thin and weak from excessive filing. My pinky nail ripped all the way off my finger less than 24 hours after a fill, and they refused a partial refund.
