I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the service was unprofessional and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. The nail technician started with the wrong tips, then blamed me for the issues instead of taking responsibility. Throughout the appointment, she was rude, impatient, and dismissive. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and told her to remove them properly. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Absolutely loving my experiences at 163 Nails! I've tried many nail salons over the years and honestly none compare. Lanna truly goes above and beyond every single visit. Her work is meticulous, her designs are stunning. Today I went in to have my biogel removed and instead of rushing the process, Lanna took the time to assess my nails and recommended a gradual transition plan. Lanna and Helen are both wonderful and make the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Also… best leg massage ever during my pedicure!

I've been coming here for a while now, and they never disappoint! The entire team is friendly, professional, and does beautiful work. I usually see Lana here and she is amazing! I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for consistently great service and beautiful nails!
