Elegant Nails Salon & Spa

I had a great experience at Elegant Nails! The salon is clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed with a modern feel. They even offer a complimentary drink while you're getting a pedicure, which is such a thoughtful touch. Lily is wonderful! She pays great attention to detail and always helps me find the exact colour I'm looking for.

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Jayden specifically and the deluxe pedicure was amazing. I have been a client of Elegance since they opened and when Jackie took over the shop it got even better! His staff are great as well. The shop is extremely clean and well run.

I've been coming to this nail salon for about 3 months now, and I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else. From day one, the service has been consistently amazing. The staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the quality of their work, and my nails still look beautiful weeks later.

My experience went downhill once I sat down to get my acrylic nails done. The technician was extremely rough throughout the entire appointment and cut me multiple times. The finished nails looked terrible, uneven, with chunks of acrylic left underneath, and one nail came off in less than two days.

This salon is very pretty and comfortable, and my nails look so nice. But personally I would not return due to the overall experience: the nail tech began cutting my natural nail down despite me explaining multiple times I only wanted a fill and did not want it cut.
