Fantastic Nails in Kitchener is my wife's go-to place, and we couldn't be happier with the service there. She always chooses Sophia for her appointments whether it's a pedicure, manicure, acrylic nails, or nail designs. Sophia is truly the best! Her work is always detailed, professional, and beautifully done.

I had the most amazing pedicure experience and I'm still obsessed with how my toes look. My technician Rosie was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. She didn't rush a single step, from the soak to the exfoliation to the massage. My feet feel brand new, soft, refreshed, and absolutely gorgeous.

Setting up an appointment is the best for the best service and treatment. I have been seeing Lyn for what will be 1 year. Everyone is great here. It is clean, inviting and everyone is polite. I occasionally bring my 7 year old to get her nails done too!

I came here today with my sister for manicures and pedicures. There were only two girls working who were already doing two other people's toes, and I felt they were rushing. I spent $93 and my nails are jagged, crooked, uneven. My toe ended up cut and bleeding, most likely because they were rushing.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with a specific nail technician the day before, but when I arrived, she wasn't there. The least they could have done was let me know in advance or ask if I was comfortable with someone else doing my nails.
