Apologies to everyone at Lan for my delay in writing this! I've been a client here for over a year and have only had wonderful experiences. Special shout out to Suzi as she does excellent work with every complex design and set of stickers I bring in - and is patient with me as we work out the details 💓 of each manicure. Pedicures, head spa, and neck massages are also excellent! The spa itself has a beautiful, luxurious, spacious aesthetic and it's clear Lan and her team prioritize cleanliness and service - and are generous with beverages and snacks.

Update: they asked me to contact them directly. I sent them a message 10 days ago and haven't heard back. I've been here twice, overall 6/10. Not the best, not the worst. The first time I went was in August. I got pedicures for me and my mother, 9/10 experience, we were both very happy! They were gentle, thorough, quick and welcoming. This recent experience was more of a 5/10. Made an appointment, seated fairly quickly. Offered drinks and snacks throughout the appointment. I showed the woman the nails that I wanted done at the beginning of the appointment and kept my phone open with the photo throughout the appointment. While she was preparing my nails, she sanded down way too far on my natural nail and it was extremely painful.

All of the staff were polite and the technicians did an adequate job. However, the experience and services were not what was expected for over $200 especially considering all the amazing reviews. Clearly super disorganized and running behind. Arrived for an appointment with my dad July 2, 2026 at 1:04 for two pedicures and a UV gel fill for myself. After some confusion about where we were to sit we were offered a drink. Asked for one iced coffee and hot coffee. Instead of saying they don't have iced just brought me a luke warm watery coffee.

Honestly one of the best nail experiences I've had 🤍 I'm absolutely in love with my nails. They turned out so beautiful, elegant, and feminine - they literally give me Rapunzel vibes ✨💅 Kevin did my nails and he is honestly so kind, respectful, and professional. I'm a very picky girl when it comes to my nails, but whenever he does them I feel completely comfortable and confident with the result.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can honestly say this was the BEST experience I've ever had at a nail salon! I brought my four-year-old daughter in for her birthday to have her fingers and toes painted, and Lan Nail and Spa went completely above and beyond. They treated her like an absolute princess from the moment we walked in. On top of that, their pricing is incredible. I had called around to other salons and was quoted $28 per service, but Lan Nail and Spa quoted me $20 total.
