I have mixed feelings about this place. I have been visiting this place since 2020. Their customer service is good especially if you engage in small talk. And they do the nails real good. My recent visit however is very different…I asked for Cat eye in almond shape (short length). She quoted me the base price + $10 for cat eye paint. While doing my nails, she told me that there will $5 for this length. I asked since when do they charge for short length? She did not respond back.

I always go to Helen for my nails, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is one of the kindest and most understanding nail technicians I've met. She is incredibly patient, comforting, and really listens to what you're trying to say. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she always makes sure my nails look perfect before I leave.

I m completely disappointed with their service.. i m their regular customer i got my nails done by them every time … no doubt they guys r best nails tech …. But yesterday I visited them for face waxing .. i m very unhappy the lady waxed my face in a very inappropriate way … see burn marks on my face..

My overall experience was okay. The customer service is fine but if you are looking to get cats eye done, dont go there. They have zero idea about what and how is cats eye done. They charged $10 extra when I asked for cats eye. This is just light sparkle on my nails no cats eye! nail polish is also not evenly applied. The lady left edges unpolished.

I love Tina our awesome Nail Artist and Specialist. She does a great job of beautifying mine and my daughter's nails. She's a lovely person and so technical with a soft touch. She's very artistic and creative and will provide her honest opinion on what looks best for you. You will not be disappointed! Great place to get your nails done!
