Nails & Spa's Galaxy Brampton

First time at this salon. First impression the salon is nice and big and spacious, lots of beautiful colour options for the nails, services are fair priced. All the nail techs are so friendly and nice. I absolutely love the quality of the work the girls gave me. I got a full nude acrylic set, pedicure, brow wax, upper lip wax. Absolutely loved each service. Small concern about the sanitation of the nail drill bits, the solution needed changing. Other than this I really loved the place and will be back very soon for sure.

As a loyal customer, I've been disappointed by the recent addition to the salon's team. On three separate occasions, the new employee has incorrectly performed my nail services, leaving them rough and poorly shaped. The application of acrylic was particularly rough, resulting in discomfort and even cuts. Despite these issues, the salon still charged me the full price for the services rendered.

I show them the picture what I want. She said ok and start working on me. Nail polishes were all dry and they start looking for a nail polish to find out which one is not dry. I show her picture again then she said oh we won't be able to do this. Do not waste your time and money on this place.

Loved the nails. Mymy did a great job. The service was very nice. The ladies there doesn't make you feel bored. Would be going there again with my friends
