I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to book a last minute appointment the night before 🔥. And I'm so happy by the results from the amazing Lina 🥰🤩🔥. All three ladies there were friendly 💞. Highly recommend!

Blue is amazing. I met him last month. Very accommodating and jolly person but super attentive to details. The fact that I have allergies he really understands what I’m saying. Today, I booked him again and offered to try the cat’s eye design. I was a bit skeptic as I am always comfy with just a simple polish but then again he nailed it and I loved it. Will try other color on my next visit of course with Blue. I was blown away. Thanks Blue you are superb.

Ivy did my manicure and pedicure today. She did an amazing job! The price and location are great with easy parking. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this salon. Will be back!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked appointments for two people and even adjusted my schedule to arrive earlier after being asked to do so by the salon. Despite that, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. A simple pedicure ended up taking over an hour. The most frustrating part wasn't the wait itself—it was the complete lack of accountability and respect for customers' time. The staff really need proper training and infection control protocols. Not switching disposable gloves from client to client is unacceptable. This was actually my second visit. My first experience wasn't great either, but because the salon is close to my home, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, nothing changed. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

I've been a loyal customer of Piscessy Nails for almost two years, despite the ongoing issues with their booking system. Unfortunately, today's experience was the final straw. I called yesterday to book an appointment for both my hands and feet but had to call back to give my details after they weren't taken. Given the salon's history of booking errors, I called three times this morning to confirm my appointment with no answer, and my regular nail technician started on only my hands when I arrived. Not once did anyone apologize or take responsibility for the mix-up.
