Queen Nails Spa

I'd give a one star if I could. I've been coming to Tom for 7 years now, and 15 years in total to this salon. I was told today she no longer wants to do my nails because it "stresses" her out. She was in the salon hiding in the back room today. Today I was booked with another tech but I had to tell her to stop because she was physically hurting me. So I left the salon with no nails! I would suggest not wasting your time with this salon.

Kim is so brilliant and hardworking. This is my first time ever here and I made sure to pick Kim after recommended by a friend. She's now going to be my nail artist for sure. She's so sweet, attentive and precise with her work. This set was affordable and reasonable. Only $86! The entire staff was so friendly, and I loved the atmosphere inside. Don't be hesitant give this place a try.

Very friendly staff take their time to do an above average job. I've been coming here since they open. Prices very reasonable.

Was so upset. 1st she cut my toe, then burnt me with extremely hot water. ruined my mood. she was rushing n did such a poor job. careless! never going here again. pedi chair filthy with people's nails all over. ZERO N WASTE OF TIME

Excellent.... I was on a time constraint and they finished as a tag team in an hour. Absolutely perfect and pleasant staff. This is a review 6 yrs later...in addition to my previous review, amazing work; again on a time constraint and they called me back and made time for me anyway...I will always go back here and always go to my favourite girl! Love this gem, excellent customer service.
