First time coming here, and I will definitely be back for my next appointment! One of the best nail salons I have ever been to! Exceptional service, very kind and welcoming staff and very reasonably priced. I got a bio gel fill done by the owner Johnny, he did an amazing job, and paid great attention to detail!

They saved what was a horrible experience at another salon and made it a wonderful day! When I walked out upset from the first place, I looked up and saw Rachel's Nail Spa across the street and headed over right away. From the moment I walked in they were nothing but kind and compassionate.
Been coming here for over 6 years, best nail place in KW. I've never left unhappy with my nails, the staff are all kind and friendly. This place is super clean, I always feel confident knowing they are very tidy and use clean tools.
Saw a lot of good reviews about this place but unfortunately I got the intern and had a really bad experience. He put 3 very thick layers of polish on that I knew instantly weren't going to dry. It's really hard to pay almost $50 for something you feel like you could've done better yourself.
