Trouvaille Nail & Beauty Bar

I've been going to Trouvaille Nail & Beauty Bar since they first opened, and I genuinely can't imagine going anywhere else. Andy and his entire team are incredible. They're always so welcoming, kind, attentive, and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about every client who walks through the door. The quality of their work is consistently amazing. They never rush appointments, they pay close attention to every detail, and they shape nails perfectly every single time. One of my favourite things is how talented they are with nail designs. I love trying fun and creative sets, and all I have to do is show Andy an inspiration picture. He somehow brings it to life every single time, and often makes it look even better than the photo!

I booked a shellac pedicure at this salon because of its 4.6 star rating and the positive reviews, so I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, I left highly disappointed. The entire pedicure felt rushed from start to finish. The technician never asked what nail shape I wanted before cutting my nails. My toenails were cut much shorter than necessary, so short that several of them are now uncomfortable and bordering on painful. The shellac application was also uneven, with inconsistent coverage around the cuticles and sides of several nails. My biggest concern is that the technician cut down the side of my right big toenail as though I had an ingrown toenail. That area has been painful ever since my appointment.

I had a mixed experience during my recent visit. I came in for an acrylic refill w/ shellac and felt quite rushed. Danny started by showing me a couple of color options, and the filing and buffing felt a bit aggressive at times. I returned the next day because I wasn't satisfied with the matte finish I originally chose. Vivian assisted me the second time and completely turned the experience around. She was kind, communicative, and checked in with me throughout each step. She fixed the shaping and changed the finish back to glossy free of charge, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you to Vivian for her care and professionalism.

I had a wonderful time at Trouvaille Nail and Beauty Bar! If you're a first timer and a bit nervous do not fear. This was my first time booking with a salon and I accidentally booked differently than my nail inspo photos. My nail tech was extremely accommodating and took the time to explain the various services to me even taking the extra time to ensure my nails were to my liking despite the incorrect booking on my part. The service is exceptional and the staff are very kind.

Brought my daughter here to do nails for prom. Myself and my daughter were not disappointed with the results. They were so detailed and she did them exactly like how my daughter wanted them. My daughter said she will definitely return to do her nails here.
