T&T Nails

I had a very disappointing experience at T Nails. The staff member who did my nails was extremely rude throughout the appointment. I asked for shellac and politely requested that my cuticles be trimmed, but she refused to do it. When I asked if I could quickly check the color to see if it suited me before applying it, she seemed annoyed and upset by the request. At the end of the service, my nails were not even cleaned properly. I had to ask her to apply cuticle oil, and when she did, she applied it very harshly. The entire time she handled my hands roughly while putting them into the lamp and during the service in general.

I had an acrylic refill done here and had such a great experience! The staff were all so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They were also very honest about what would work best for my nails, which I really appreciated. My nails turned out amazing! Throughout the entire appointment, they constantly checked in with me at every step to make sure I was happy with the shape, length, and design. It was clear they really cared about making sure I left satisfied. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back!

I've been to T&T many times before for acrylic removal and never had any issues, but after this experience I won't be returning. The technician filed and buffed my natural nails excessively instead of properly soaking the acrylics off. I kept telling her that my nails were hurting, but my concerns didn't seem to be understood. My nails are now extremely thin and painful. They hurt when exposed to hot or cold water, when touched, or when they bump into something.

This has been my go to nail spa for a long time now. All the staff are super responsive and respectful. I had the pleasure of getting my acrylic refill done by Joyce, her attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. Will definitely be coming back.

Heads up to this nail salon! The staff are super friendly and their customer service is excellent. I get my nails, pedicure, and waxing done here, and every time it's a great experience. Highly recommend!
