U2 Nails Eyelashes

I had an excellent manicure with shellac polish today. Cuticle care was great and my nails are perfectly shaped. There is a very good selection of new polish too. I will be back.

I got eyelash extensions and gel nails with tips. This was my first time getting lashes done and they helped me through every step; lash type, cost, shape etc. I found out I have a long lash line and I needed 100 extra lashes per eye and they didn't even charge me for the extras. Nails turned out beautiful as well. Very even, the nail tech really took her time. Highly recommend this shop.

My friend Sette recommended me to this place. Had my nails done here yesterday. The place has a calming atmosphere, lots of friendly smiles from staff working here and it is very clean. May did my nails and was very gentle, professional and kind with a quick smile on and off; always enquiring if it hurts as she buff my nails. She is by far the best technician I have ever had so my nails, hands down.

My visit today was profoundly disappointing. I booked a refill appointment. Upon arrival, I was assigned a technician who was clearly in training, with another employee instructing her step-by-step. The simple process of removing my existing nail color took over two hours and was still not done correctly.

Low service quality. I’ve been going there for two years and spent $3000+ in total. Last weekend, they made my middle finger bleed and said it’s because my finger’s vulnerable and blame it on the customers. I also went for a lash refill, and the associate forced me into paying the full price for the lashes.
