Absolutely love my newest set of nail. Luxe is incredible, been going since they opened and its the only place I will go. They are super friendly, talented and are so great with checking in during the process of your nails to ensure your liking how they are looking and fixing anything your not liking.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Luxe. The nail technician was extremely rude and argumentative throughout my appointment. I initially requested a specific nail shape, but she insisted that I get a coffin shape instead. When I later expressed that I was unhappy with the results, she dismissed my concerns and claimed that this was what I had asked for, which was not the case.
