I did not have an appointment — I walked in and was able to get one without delay. All of the staff is very friendly and experienced. I LOVE my nails — the shape, length and color are exactly as I asked.
I asked for square, skinny nails, but the nail tech gave me a different shape than I wanted. The polish application wasn’t clean, with some color bleeding, and within a few days my nails started lifting.
