I was soo please with the warm welcoming! The owner offer us some water on our way in which was very much appreciated since I was coming from downtown. Attentional and customize service. The owner was so caring when I explained my tight schedule to get there in time but she arranged my appointment. Mrs. Ann and Emma were delicate, patient and precise. They respected the length, shape and especially the design and colors I was hoping for. I'm amazed with this 1st experience. My mom loved it! I brought her for her bday and she enjoyed. She didn't even complained once and she's very picky. We choose shellac mani -pedi ($110 each) with a tiny layer of gel. Very reasonable prices since I've paid more for less quality in a salon on park Ave. Salon is spotless with a modern look it can be easy to miss since it's located in a small plaza, just before the ultramar gas station. I'm definitely going back hoping I finally found my special spot to go on a more often basis.

The service is very professional and friendly, the team is always in a good mood attending to your needs. My experiences in Arcanciel have been super comfortable and I definitely enjoyed their services. Their materials with which they work are of very good quality because my nails last a long time and I only go back to retouching because of the growth.

Love this place! So clean and beautifully decorated. The owner and her sister are so welcoming and friendly, and extremely talented. The prices are so great and what you get is so amazing!! I don't want to go anywhere else!!

First time going there and definitely not the last! Staff is super friendly, everything is clean and they are so meticulous in what they are doing. Prices are also amazing. I will definitely come back!

Love getting my nails done here! I walked by it one day and never went back to my old nail salon. They have great hours and great service. When I get my nails done they last over a month, with no breakage. I really recommend this place!
