Today during my visit I unfortunately experienced a very unpleasant incident, but I want to highlight how professionally and efficiently the staff handled the situation. They were genuinely concerned, extremely helpful, and did everything they could to assist me.
When it was time to pay, I was shocked to be charged $80 for a simple French manicure on my own short nails — this was never explained to me beforehand. Customers should always be informed of significant price differences before starting the service.
